Voyar Digital ("Voyar Digital", "we", "us") provides an AI receptionist, lead follow-up and a client dashboard to roofing companies. It is operated by Mathew Dicasagrande as a sole proprietorship based in North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

It covers:

• voyardigital.com, our marketing website, including its contact form;
• app.voyardigital.com, including the client dashboard, the estimate and inspection request forms we run for roofing companies, and the websites we build for them;
• phone calls answered by the AI receptionist we run for a roofing company (and for our own business line); and
• the text messages and emails we send in connection with a request.

It does not cover a roofing contractor's own website or privacy practices, or how they handle your information after we pass your request to them.

1. Information we collect

If you're a homeowner

Information you give us. When you submit an estimate or inspection request: your name, phone number, email address, the property address or ZIP code, and any description of the work you're requesting. We also record the date and time you submitted the form and whether you consented to be contacted by text.

Phone calls. When you call a roofing company that uses Voyar, the call may be answered by an AI voice receptionist. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and we keep the recording, the transcript, a short summary, and details such as your phone number, the time and length of the call, and any appointment booked. If you ask whether you're speaking with a person, the receptionist will tell you it's a virtual assistant.

Information created as we serve your request. Messages exchanged between you and the contractor through our system, appointment times, and notes about the status of your request.

If you're a roofing company or visiting our website

Contact form. When you use the form on voyardigital.com: your name, company, phone number, email, the plan you're interested in, your message, and any numbers you entered in the plan builder. We also log your IP address and browser type to help stop spam.

Clients. When you become a client: the business details you give us during onboarding (services, hours, service area, calendar links, transfer number, photos), the email addresses you use to log in, and the leads, calls, texts and jobs recorded in your dashboard.

From our providers

Our phone and text messaging providers tell us whether a message was delivered and whether a number is a mobile line. We do not receive the contents of your other communications.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or health information, and you should not send them to us. We never take payment details over the phone.

2. How we use your information

• To pass your request to the roofing contractor serving your area so they can respond.
• To answer calls, take messages and book appointments on a roofing company's behalf.
• To contact you by text, phone or email about the request you submitted.
• To schedule, confirm and follow up on a roof inspection or estimate appointment.
• To reply to roofing companies who contact us through voyardigital.com.
• To keep a record of your request and of your consent to be contacted.
• To operate, secure and improve our service, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Text messaging

Who the texts come from. Texts about your request come from the roofing company you contacted, and they say so (for example, "Hi Jordan, this is Sample Roofing Co."). Voyar Digital sends them for that company through Voyar Digital's platform.

If you provide a mobile number and check the consent box on a request form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Voyar Digital, sent on behalf of the roofing company you contacted, about your request: a reply to your request, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups if they haven't heard back. Message frequency varies, typically fewer than 10 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

If you only phone a roofing company that uses Voyar and the call is missed, you may get a single text back about that call. If you book an inspection by phone, you'll get texts about that appointment (a confirmation and reminders). Reply STOP anytime. Other follow-up texts and review requests go only to people who agreed to texts on a request form.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them; we'll send one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at the address below.

4. How we share information

With the roofing contractor you're requesting an estimate from or calling, so they can perform the work (your name, address, request details, and call recordings, transcripts and summaries — never your text-message consent). Once your request reaches them, their own privacy practices govern what they do with it.

With service providers who operate our systems on our behalf — our phone and AI providers (who carry calls and text messages, provide the AI voice, and transcribe and summarize calls), our email provider, and our hosting provider. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Voyar Digital, our clients, or the public.

In a business transfer, if Voyar Digital is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply until replaced by notice to you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. How we protect it

Our sites are served over HTTPS, your information is stored on an access-controlled server behind a firewall, and access is limited to people who need it to serve your request. Each roofing company can see only its own leads and calls. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we'll notify you as required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your request, call records and contact record for as long as needed to serve it and to maintain proof of your consent, and for a reasonable period afterward for business and legal records. A roofing company that stops using Voyar gets an export of its leads, and can ask us to delete its data. Your opt-out record is kept indefinitely, because we need it to honor your choice.

7. Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent to text messages at any time by replying STOP. To make a request, email us at the address below; we may need to verify your identity before acting. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

8. Children

Our service is meant for adults arranging work on property they own or manage. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Other sites

Our pages and messages may link to a contractor's website or to third-party services. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their privacy practices.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes affecting how we use information you already gave us will be communicated to you directly where we're able.
