Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Every plan is month to month, and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. The setup fee isn't refundable once we've started building. Read the client terms.
What does the Founding "12-month rate lock" mean?
Your monthly price stays at $4,500 for 12 months, even if our prices go up. It's a price promise, not a 12-month commitment: you can still cancel with 30 days' notice. The Founding plan is for our first clients. In exchange for the lower price, you let us write a short case study about your results, which you see before it's published.
How long until it's live?
Your receptionist can usually be answering within a few days of you finishing the onboarding form: we build it, connect your calendar, test calls with you, and then you forward your calls to it. Texting turns on once the phone carriers approve your texting registration, which often takes 1 to 3 weeks. Until then calls, bookings and alerts all work.
Will callers know it's an AI?
It sounds natural and answers as your company. If a caller sincerely asks whether they're talking to a real person, it tells them honestly that it's your company's virtual assistant, then keeps helping.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your number stays yours and stays on your trucks. We give the receptionist its own answering number, and you forward your line to it, either all calls or just the ones you don't pick up.
What about calls it can't handle?
Urgent calls ring your phone, day or night: an emergency caller who needs you now, or anyone who insists on a person, is put through to you. Everything else gets answered: it books the inspection or takes a message with their name, number and what they need, and you get it within a couple of minutes.
What does the setup fee cover?
We build your receptionist around your services, hours and service area, connect your calendar, set up your number, dashboard and website, and test it with you before it goes live.
Is ad spend included in Full Service?
No. You pay Facebook directly for ad spend, so you always see exactly what's spent. Our fee covers building and running the ads.
Do I get a website?
Yes, on every plan. We build a simple site for your company from your onboarding answers: your services, service area, hours, photos, a call button and an inspection request form that lands in your dashboard.
What do I need to provide?
Your services, hours, service area, the calendar you use and the number to transfer urgent calls to. For Full Service, photos of your real jobs.
