Who this is for

These are the terms for roofing companies that buy Voyar: the AI receptionist, booking, follow-up texts, the client dashboard, the website we build for you, and (on Full Service) the ads we run for you. Voyar Digital is run by Mathew Dicasagrande in Greenville, North Carolina.

Price, billing and cancelling

• Month to month. There's no long-term contract on any plan.
• Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Email us and service continues through the end of the notice period. You're billed for that period, and nothing after it.
• Setup fee. The one-time setup fee is paid up front and is non-refundable once we've started building your receptionist, calendar, number and website.
• Current prices: Growth $2,000/mo + $3,000 setup; Full Service $7,000/mo + $8,000 setup; Full Service (Founding) $4,500/mo + $5,000 setup.

The Founding plan's 12-month rate lock

On the Full Service (Founding) plan, your monthly price is locked for 12 months from your start date: we won't raise it during that time. It is a price lock, not a 12-month commitment. You can still cancel with 30 days' notice like any other plan. The Founding plan is for our first clients. In exchange for the lower price, you agree to let us write a short case study about your results (real numbers from your dashboard, shared with you before it's published).

Your leads and data are yours

• The leads, customer details, call records and jobs in your dashboard belong to you.
• Ask any time and we'll send you an export of your leads (a spreadsheet you can open in Excel or Google Sheets), and you get a full export when you leave.
• We don't sell your data or use your customers' details to market anyone else's business. More in our Privacy Policy.

Your phone number

• You keep your existing business number. You forward it (all calls, or just the ones you miss) to the answering number we set up for your receptionist.
• If you leave, the answering number we set up for you can be moved (ported) to you, and we'll help you port it. Any fee your new phone carrier charges for porting is between you and them.

The AI receptionist

• It's an AI. It answers as your company, in a natural voice. If a caller sincerely asks whether they're talking to a real person, it tells them honestly that it's your company's virtual assistant. It doesn't announce that it's an AI at the start of every call.
• Calls are recorded and transcribed so you can review them, and a summary goes into your dashboard. By default the receptionist tells every caller at the start of the call that it may be recorded. Some states require that notice, so we only turn it off if you ask in writing, and then telling callers is your responsibility.
• It only books times you've made available, only says what you've approved (services, service area, hours, pricing guidance), never quotes job prices unless you tell it to, and never takes payment details.
• Urgent calls go to your transfer number at any hour, day or night: an emergency caller who needs you now, or anyone who insists on a person, is put through to you. Emergencies are also offered the soonest open inspection time. Everything else gets answered: it books the inspection or takes a message, and you're alerted.
• Like any phone system, it depends on phone and AI providers. We watch it closely, but we can't promise it will never miss a call or make a mistake.

Texts to your customers

Texts go out in your company's name (for example "Hi Jordan, this is Sample Roofing Co."), sent through Voyar Digital's platform. A caller whose call is missed gets one text back about that call. If a caller books an inspection by phone, they'll get texts about that appointment (a confirmation and reminders) and can reply STOP anytime. Other follow-up and review texts go only to homeowners who agreed to texts on your website form, an ad form or another request form, and stop the moment someone replies STOP. You agree not to ask us to text people who haven't agreed.

Texts aren't sent between 9 PM and 8 AM in the homeowner's time zone; anything due overnight goes out at 8 AM. Texting starts once the phone carriers approve your texting registration, which often takes 1 to 3 weeks. Until then calls, bookings and alerts still work.

Ads (Full Service and Full Service (Founding))

• Ad spend is paid separately, directly to Facebook (Meta), on your own ad account and card. It isn't part of our monthly fee.
• Our fee covers building, running and adjusting the ads, and nothing is turned on without a person reviewing the budget and targeting first.

Your website

Every plan includes a website for your company built from your onboarding answers. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us to put on it (licenses, insurance, services, service area).

No guaranteed results

We'll do the work well, but we can't guarantee a number of calls, leads, booked inspections, signed jobs or revenue. Any estimate on our website, including the plan builder, is an illustration based on the numbers you entered, not a promise.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business and keep your hours and calendar up to date.
• Show up to the inspections booked for you, or cancel them in your dashboard.
• Do the roofing work, and handle your own contracts, licensing, insurance and warranties with your customers. Voyar isn't a party to those.

Changes

If we change these terms or our prices, we'll tell you by email before the change affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect. A price change never applies during a Founding rate lock.
